Cal State San Bernardino’s Palm Desert campus will host a gala titled “Spirit of Polynesia” on April 27 to support its hospitality management program. The event will be held at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa and will feature Southeast Asian, European, and South American dishes. The gala is part of the hospitality management program’s curriculum and serves as a learning activity for students who assist in planning the event. The hospitality management program caters to the hospitality and tourism industry in the Coachella Valley. All proceeds from the event will benefit the program.
