Lower Makefield Township Police investigating after man allegedly stabs ex-girlfriend to death on Waterford Rd in Bucks County
Police in Bucks County, Pennsylvania are investigating the fatal stabbing of a woman by her ex-boyfriend, Trevor Weigel. The 23-year-old suspect was seen stabbing his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend outside her home in Lower Makefield Township. Weigel fled the scene and was later found by officers stabbing himself in the neck. He was tasered and taken to hospital for life-threatening injuries. Authorities are now examining Weigel’s criminal history and the circumstances that led to the fatal assault.
