Biden intends to promote his administration’s economic achievements at the CS Wind factory in Pueblo, the largest wind turbine tower manufacturing facility worldwide, located in the district of Republican U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert.

The visit is projected to also incorporate a fundraiser in Denver with Colorado Gov. Jared Polis. The original trip scheduled for Oct. 16 was cancelled due to national security meetings as the conflict between Israel and Hamas escalated.

The cancelled trip was intended to be part of Biden’s “Investing in America” tour, highlighting how his economic agenda, including the Inflation Reduction Act, is encouraging investment in clean energy industries and job creation, despite resistance from House Republicans.
