As Chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, Brown discussed the Fentanyl Eradication and Narcotics Deterrence (FEND) Off Fentanyl Act. The bill, aimed at targeting the illicit fentanyl supply chain, passed the Senate as part of the national defense bill.
