The album pays homage to 1990s and early 2000s R&B and has electronic touches on tracks like “Lucky” and “Ice”. It features collaborations with artists such as They Hate Change, Blood Orange, and Shygirl and was co-produced by de Casier and N. Alongside this, Alynda Segarra’s project Hurray for the Riff Raff has released a new album “The Past Is Still Alive”, which was recorded immediately after the death of Segarra’s father and features lead single “Alibi”. Both albums are available to stream on platforms like Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, and Amazon Music.
