A man and a woman were found shot at the intersection of Howard and Diamond streets in West Kensington, Philadelphia. Police discovered that the man had been shot eight times and was in critical condition, while the woman had been shot once and was stable. As of the time of reporting, no arrests had been made nor weapons recovered in relation to the incident.
