In Khmelnytskyi community, a creative project initiated by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the City Council has been ongoing for over a month. The project, titled “Day of Cultural Institution in the Starosta Districts”, aims to engage children from rural districts in activities at clubs, studios, and art schools. For the young performers from city art institutions, it provides an opportunity to showcase their skills and knowledge obtained during their studies. Concerts, art exhibitions, and master classes are arranged for rural children. The environment during these events is described as warm, and the activities are seen as unifying through art.
