Lukas Wenzhöfer, an automotive designer and Alias 3D modeler for Porsche, has created a digital concept for a BMW 03 Coupe. The design aims to explore an alternative direction for BMW, drawing inspiration from classic and modern models, with features such as a low-slung silhouette, chunky fenders, and ultra-slim LED taillights. The digital model has dimensions comparable to a previous-generation M2 and is envisioned with a fully electric powertrain and rear-wheel drive layout, possibly compatible with the BMW Neue Klasse architecture. Wenzhöfer, who has previously won a global Stellantis contest with his electric vehicle concept, envisages this model co-existing with BMW’s current internal combustion engine-powered lineup.
