Worker at San Antonio’s Brandeis High School dies from injury sustained in classroom | San Antonio
An instructional assistant at Brandeis High School in San Antonio, known as Mr. Fred, has died from a severe head injury sustained in a classroom. Alfred Jimenez, 73, suffered the injury while attempting to redirect a student, falling to the floor during the interaction. Jimenez had been employed by the Northside Independent School District since 2014. The incident is being investigated by the NISD police, and counselors have been made available for students and staff on campus.
