Philly gets 2 to 4 inches of snow: What’s next

12

The Philadelphia region has received two to four inches of snow, but the winter storm warning has expired and the snowstorm has ended. Streets are being cleared and some light snowfall may continue for a few hours. National Weather Service Meteorologist Mike Lee expects the rest of the day to be relatively dry for Philadelphia, while the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos may potentially have a few light snow showers in the afternoon. Temperatures are expected to rise into the upper 30s under partly sunny skies. However, there is potential for any melted snow to refreeze on untreated surfaces due to cold conditions overnight.
