Racing driver Logan Sargeant had a challenging rookie year with Williams, struggling with an early tendency to overdrive a difficult to handle FW45. Despite making improvements during the latter half of the year, he ended the season with just one point, which he found draining. However, Sargeant has used the off-season as an opportunity to improve physically and emotionally. His teammate, Alex Albon, believes that he will have an easier time with the FW46 car. Team principal James Vowles has asked Sargeant to surprise the world with his performance and physical fitness in his second year.
