Ebony Alert Issued For 14-Year-Old Missing Girl

An Ebony Alert was issued for a 14-year-old girl named Raniyah who was reported missing in South Los Angeles. The alert system, which went into effect on New Year’s Day, covers black children, teenagers, and young adults between 12 to 25 years old who are reported missing under suspicious circumstances, are at risk, developmentally disabled, cognitively impaired, or have been abducted. Raniyah is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Last seen on January 5, she is believed to be traveling on foot. Authorities requested that anyone with information regarding Raniyah’s whereabouts should call 911.
