Early voting and mail-in ballots for the presidential preference election have started in Arizona. Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer revealed that 85% of Arizona voters typically vote by mail. Richer also mentioned that Maricopa County is a highly competitive voting jurisdiction, making up 62% of Arizona’s voting population.
