The Arizona Diamondbacks are shifting their focus to 2024 as they begin spring training at Salt River Fields. The Diamondbacks, who reached the World Series for the first time since their 2001 victory, aim to prove that their performance as the seventh seed last year was not a fluke. The team has bolstered its ranks by signing left-handed starter Eduardo Rodríguez from the Boston Red Sox and Detroit Tigers to a four-year, $80 million deal. Veteran sluggers Eugenio Suárez and Joc Pederson, a two-time World Series champion, have also joined the lineup. These new additions are expected to bring experience and strength to the team.
