A two-year-old girl was found in a bathtub in an apartment complex in south Phoenix, Arizona, and later died in a local hospital. She was found unattended in the tub for an unknown period. A Phoenix police officer had initially performed CPR on the girl. No arrests have been made yet, and an investigation into the circumstances leading to the drowning is currently underway.
