Misconduct allegations cast new light on Georgia DA’s fraught negotiations with Brian Kemp

Prosecutor Nathan Wade and his boss, District Attorney Fani Willis, are under scrutiny after Trump co-defendant Mike Roman accused them of impropriety and is seeking to have them removed from the case. Willis has been ordered by Judge Scott McAfee to respond to these allegations. Tensions escalated as accusations of a politically motivated case and alleged impropriety in Willis’ investigation were raised.
