The Ukrainian government is working on creating a barrier-free country, with businesses continuing to operate and strengthen the economic front. In light of the need for reliable information from the Unified State Register of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and public formations, the possibility of conducting urgent registration actions has been implemented and the characteristics of their conduct have been established. Not all registration actions regarding business entities can be made through the “Action” portal, so the main functions in the field of registration are entrusted to the relevant local self-government bodies, notary and justice bodies. The Department of State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs of the Khmelnytsky City Council is responsible for the execution of powers entrusted to local self-government on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
