In Khmelnytsky, Ukraine, a considerable number of public transport passengers utilize a discounted electronic card. Previously managed by the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Khmelnytsky City Council, these electronic tickets for privileged categories are now exclusively issued through the CityCard center at 71 Cathedral Street. To receive an electronic ticket, a citizen must present a passport, a document confirming their status as a privileged passenger, and proof of residency in the Khmelnytsky community. The electronic ticket is issued in person.
