The sports festival “Volya Fest” took place for the third time in the Lisogrinyvetsky array of Khmelnitsky, organized by the Youth and Sports Department of Khmelnitsky City Council, the running club “FlashRun”, and community activists. This year’s tournament was dedicated to the memory of soldier and Hero of Ukraine, Sergey Pilyavets, who won last year’s festival but died from injuries sustained in the Russo-Ukrainian war. Almost 300 participants joined the festival and took part in a variety of events, including different types of runs, Nordic walking, and a kettlebell sport masterclass. The 10-kilometers obstacle course race was won by Roman Gudimov, a cadet of the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine named after Bogdan Khmelnitsky.
