The first military recruitment center in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, will start its operations this month. Decision to establish the Ukrainian Army Recruitment Center and its funding were approved in a city council meeting in June. This is a joint project of the Khmelnitsky City Council and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, aimed at attracting conscript citizens to voluntarily defend their country, according to their chosen profession.
