During the 47th session of the Khmelnytsky City Council on December 11th, deputies supported the project decision on the Co-financing Program for the repair of multi-apartment buildings for the years 2025-2029. Since the declaration of martial law, the budget spending priority of the Khmelnytsky community has been defense support, with some social programs, including capital repairs of multi-apartment buildings, put on hold. In response to residents’ needs, the Co-financing Program for the repair of the housing fund has been developed and approved. The program aims to improve living condition comfort through repairs in multi-apartment buildings on a co-financing basis and support for co-owners wishing to implement energy efficiency measures. The co-financing of repairs is decided at the owners’ meetings, with the percentage of co-financing depending on the building’s operating life.
