The Administrative Services Department of the Khmelnytskyi City Council received the high distinction of “Effective TsNAP”, confirming their high level of service under modern conditions. On the 2nd and 3rd of December, the all-Ukrainian forum “Effective TsNAP: Access Point to the State Service and the Digital Future”, took place in Khmelnytskyi region. The forum brought together over 170 participants, including government representatives, heads of administrative services centers, and digital leaders of Ukraine’s regions, discussing subjects such as innovation in the provision of administrative services, the adaptation of TsNAP work to wartime conditions, and the implementation of digital tools. The event was organized by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine with the support of EGAP, funded by Switzerland. The climax of the event was the awarding of the “Effective TsNAP 2024” distinction.
