Unusual city-lights have appeared on the streets in the city center of Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, created by local children and teenagers. These young artists are the winners of the city’s environmental creativity festival “Fresh Wind” for high school students, organized by the Youth and Sports Department of the City Council. The competition, “Eco-poster”, announced in the spring, received 34 works from 20 educational institutions. The winners’ posters are placed on city-lights in the central part of the city on Podil, Cathedral, Kamyanets and Proskuriv. The first place went to Andriy Khokhlov (Lyceum No.18) for the poster “Environmental Awareness”.
