The therapeutic department of the Khmelnytsky city hospital has been renovated, with major repairs carried out on the 60-bed ward, doctor’s office, medical staff rooms, and bathroom for people with limited mobility. The renovation cost over 6,100,000 hryvnia from the city budget, and through collaboration with Austrian partners, 60 new beds were obtained along with new medical furniture and equipment. The beds are modern, multifunctional, and equipped with remote controls, call buttons for medical staff, lamps, and centralized oxygen supply. The city mayor emphasized the importance of continuing to invest in medical services and plans to renovate other departments and communal medical facilities in the city.
