A 37-year-old woman in Chicago’s Brainerd neighborhood was injured after gunshots were fired through her window. The incident occurred on South Loomis Street, with police responding to reports of a shooting at around 10:15 pm. The woman, who was struck in the leg while inside her residence, was transported to Little Company of Mary Hospital where she was listed in good condition. The Chicago Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
