Super Bowl LVIII, aired on CBS, set a new record as the most-watched program in television history with 123.4 million average views across platforms. CBS Sports’ coverage included the CBS Television Network, Paramount+, Nickelodeon, Univision, CBS Sports, and NFL digital properties, including NFL+. The Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in just the second Super Bowl ever to go to overtime. The previous viewership record was 115.1 million viewers during the last year’s title game. The Super Bowl was also the most-streamed in history, according to CBS Sports.
