PostScript, a new restaurant in Houston’s River Oaks/Upper Kirby area, heralds the return of celebrated chef Bryan Caswell. The upscale establishment, run by Dallas-based GAP Hospitality and located in the Shops at Arrive mixed-use development, has a social media-friendly interior dominated by the color pink. Caswell, known for his time at seafood restaurant Reef, has described PostScript’s menu as “upbeat modern American food”. The dress code implies an upscale attire and reservations are required for the main dining room. The restaurant is open for dinner daily from 5 pm, with plans for lunch and brunch service to be added soon.
