Parents protest West Covina elementary school teacher who made children feel unsafe – NBC Los Angeles


Parents of students at Cameron Elementary School in West Covina protested following an incident with a substitute teacher that left their children uncomfortable. The incident involved the teacher allegedly displaying inappropriate content on his phone and restricting their bathroom access. The students eventually left the classroom to seek help. School District superintendent, Emy Flores, confirmed that the teacher was immediately removed and an investigation has been launched. Some parents have demanded the arrest of the substitute teacher, whose prior background and drug tests have returned clean results.
