Two men from Los Angeles County, Andy Cuellar and Arturo Morales, are facing federal charges for allegedly robbing more than a dozen massage parlors in Los Angeles and Orange counties. The pair, arrested after an armed robbery, were found at a gas station going through items stolen from a massage parlor in Torrance, with around $4,400 in cash and a stolen .38-caliber gun found on them.
