The Dundee Township Park District is hosting two egg hunts in March, one on land and one in the water, with registration now open. The outdoor egg hunt for children aged 2-8 will take place at the Randall Oaks Recreation Center and if weather conditions are poor, it will be indoors. A separate aquatic egg hunt for children up to the age of 12 will be held in the indoor pool at the Rakow Center. Furthermore, Gail Borden Public Library in Elgin is celebrating poetry in March and April with a reception for Elgin’s new poet laureate and other poetry programs. Lastly, subscriptions for Elgin Symphony Orchestra’s 2024-25 season are now on sale, marking the first season entirely programmed by Chad Goodman, ESO music director.
