A 43-year-old man, Christopher Willie James, was reported missing on Thursday in Westminster. According to the Westminster Police Department, James was last seen near Richard Way and Trask Avenue around 9:20 a.m. He is gravely disabled, under conservatorship, and has several medical health complications which require him to be dependent on medication. Described as a 5-foot-7-inch tall white man weighing 147 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a martini tattoo on his arm, he was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, gray shorts, and long black socks. The police department is urging anyone with information on James’ whereabouts to get in touch.
