A 4-year-old girl was found in critical condition in an apartment complex swimming pool in Ahwatukee, Phoenix. Phoenix Fire emergency crews were called to the scene around 3 p.m. for reports of a possible drowning. The child was already out of the water, crying and coughing up water when the crews arrived. It’s unknown how long she was in the water or whether she got out herself or was pulled out by someone else. An investigation is currently ongoing.
